All orders are processed and shipped from our home base in Salt Lake City Utah.

We cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

All orders require correct details on shipping address in order for prompt delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that in most cases orders take 48 hours to be processed once the order has been received. Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during special promotions may require additional processing time.

All orders ship using standard ground shipping via FedEx,UPS or UPS SurePost.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return an item, here's what you need to do.
Please call customer service within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RMA # & return instruction.
If you decide to cancel your order after order has shipped, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.
All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging affixed.
Please ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sellable condition. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the return for item cost only
