What is my hot pack made of?our hot packs are made from high end polyester fabric, rice, and your choice of oranic herbs and essential oils.

How do I heat my hotpack?your hot pack can only be heated in the microwave. follow instructions provided. DO NOT OVER HEAT always test temperature before direct skin contact.

?What if I over heat my hot packAll products carry specific heating instructions attached to a label sewn into the product and these instructions should be followed very carefully. If your product has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature. Do not reheat a product that has been overheated.

How long will my hotpack stay warm?your hot pack should stay warm for 1 hour if heated correctly. all our hotpacks come with heating instructions.

Who can use a hotpack?Heatable products can be safely used by all ages only under adult supervision. We recommend that heatable products are not used directly with individuals who have poor circulation, insensitive skin, diabetes. neuropathy, rice, or allergies to herbs selected.

Can I freeze my hotpack?Yes. Simply place your heatable product inside a plastic sealable bag and leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. You can then use it as a cold pack to relieve aches and pains or to cool a hot child.

Why is my hotpack damp?This is quite normal and is due to the natural moisture content of the filling. This will cease after a few uses.

Can do I clean my hotpack?The surface can be cleaned with a damp sponge. Our products should never be immersed in water, as the filling will be damaged and your product will no longer be able to be warmed in the microwave.

what fragrance do you offer?Each product contains only 100% organic dried lavender, eucalyptus, chamomile, and lavender. lavender has been proven to be an excellent aid to relieve stress and promote sleep. Eucalyptus helps open up the air ways and sinus. Peppermint aids in migraines and pain. and Chamomile is sweet and relaxing. When you heat your product for the first couple of times, the aroma may be quite strong, but in less than 3 or 4 heatings, the aroma will become very subtle. Eventually, over time, the lavender fragrance will fade, but can easily be refreshed by adding a couple of drops of Pure Essential Oil to the surface of the heatable product. It is important to use only “Pure Essential Oil” as the less expensive “Fragranced Oils” may leave an oily mark on the fabric. Only heat the product when the oil has completely dried.
